Once the items were completed, I was emailed a photo to confirm how they looked. Each bead was individually packed, I also opted for certificates which were written for each item. Items were boxed with extra stuffing, so even though the courier damaged the outside delivery box, the contents inside were unharmed. Also received a cute little thank you gift.
