“Lovely atmosphere at the seller’s garden shop! She was helpful and suggested different items of clothing for me to try according yo my preferences. There wasn’t much I liked to be honest but I LOVE the trousers and teeshirt I bought! (Wore the outfit last night for the first time and felt fabulous!) My order arrived when she said it would six days later, my reason for not giving full marks is the cost which was rather higher than I would usually pay.”

“Ordered after a friend had enthused about the brand. Thought I would have a look. Checked delivery/returns info and read that Sale returns were not free. The dress arrived almost within 24 hours, with no paperwork. Sadly it did not fit well or suit me so I looked online via a different route on the website and found that sale items were non returnable! My local Hospice shop has benefitted. I might look again for new season styles, but once bitten.......”
