I was charged £18 because my parcel was a two-person lift but it was delivered by only one person as it's only 15Kg. Please look at the attached photos of the delivered parcel, not great really but thank you for all your help, Paul”

Hi Paul Thanks for leaving the review having looked at what you ordered from us. We don`t charge a delivery fee for a 2 man lift. The order with us was for a mitre saw not a leg stand as per the pictures attached as was delivered free as the order was over £75.00. You must have purchased the leg stand from another company. “Ordered a Milwaukee cordless grinder. Card rejected twice but just made the deadline for next day delivery by 3pm by using Paypal to pay! True to their word the item arrived the next day as promised. Looks like a great buy at a sensible price. Well done and thanks Andy for your emails and chats to make this OK. Great customer service. My bank has now unblocked my card! The previous one we had motor gave up. We see this new one has the air intake for cooling the engine at the bottom of the handle so must have been a design fault with the previous version that the grinding dust entered the bushes!”
