"DPD delivered a soaking wet box outer cardboard soaked inner packaging soaked.\r\nEmail a heads up and said good job the goods was in an aluminium casing. Replying nothing can be done, didn't even get an apology which is business as usual. Even asked for pictures which I supplied. Good luck in this climate!\r\n\r\n"

“Bought Bosch Advanced Hedge Cut 65 to replace my old Black & Decker. I decided on this model based on good reviews, even though it was higher spec and therefore more expensive. ToolStore had the best price. Order process was quick and easy and FedEx free delivery was great. My only quible is that the ToolStore model only has a 7m lead rather than the 10m one included by other retailers. Not a problem for me as I have a 20m extension lead. So far the trimmer is working really well and I'm very pleased with it's power and performance. Will definitely consider buying from Alan Wadkins again. *****”

Hi Paul Thanks for leaving the review having looked at what you ordered from us. We don`t charge a delivery fee for a 2 man lift. The order with us was for a mitre saw not a leg stand as per the pictures attached as was delivered free as the order was over £75.00. You must have purchased the leg stand from another company. True to their word the item arrived the next day as promised. Looks like a great buy at a sensible price. Well done and thanks Andy for your emails and chats to make this OK. Great customer service. My bank has now unblocked my card! The previous one we had motor gave up. We see this new one has the air intake for cooling the engine at the bottom of the handle so must have been a design fault with the previous version that the grinding dust entered the bushes!”
