“Awful customer service. My order was missing items. I contacted timeless vintage and was told the items missing would be shipped out to me, I was told multiple times they would be shipped the next day, however they were not and when I followed up asking for tracking details my emails were ignored. 10 days after I was told the item was being sent out the next morning I was sent tracking details which showed the items had not even been collected by UPS. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my partner but I wish I had bought it somewhere else.”
“Ordered LV Repoter PM Bag 11th Dec and emailed head office to confirm it would be delivered before 24th Dec. Was told it would 100% Guaranteed to be delivered on time as it was a max 7 day delivery. Contacted them again on 21st Dec to ask where the bag was as tracking still said it was in Japan. TV replied next day apologising saying they did not know were it was but would give a refund. I was not after a refund as it was an Xmas pressie for my wife. Imagine her dissapointment when there was no bag under the tree on Xmas Day and there was no chance at that late stage on 22nd Dec I would be able to order an alternative. I then asked TV to inform me at least when it arrived in the UK. No reply and they just immediately relisted the item on the TV website. Shocking service when spending over £1K on a used LV bag”

Came came with no paperwork or authentication. When I emailed the company to request a refund there was no response (I have now sent 3 emails about this over a month ago and still had no reply). I was thoroughly disappointed with the whole process and will not be purchasing from them again.”
