I purchased a few boxes of tiles and they were delivered in good time. Unfortunately two tiles were damaged in transit but their customer service team leapt into action and replaced them within a couple of days. Amazing service. These guys rock.

Was one box short ordered it and they sent the wrong ones and they were all broke but one phone call and the correct tiles arrived 8 o’clock the next morning great customer service these things happen and they were excellent at rectifying it will use them again in the future

Found exactly what I wanted after looking at multiple other sites and samples. Whilst the room isn’t complete yet, I’m delighted with how it looks so far. Our tiler has also commented on the good quality of the tiles. Great service and speedy delivery. We had just one damaged box which was replaced within 2 days. Recommended.
