Customer service were very helpful in holding my order whilst I was on holiday,booking a specific delivery date for when I returned. The delivery company delivered a day early but that wasn’t Tile.co.uk’s fault! Delivery was very well packed and the tiles look beautiful.

Cant actually see the tiles as they're too heavy to take out of the box, but delivery was excellent with a very nice driver who helped by bringing them into the house for us. My husband has had a stroke and cant manage. Dont get them fitted till the end of the month and honestly cant wait!

Site was easy to navigate I am 71 and found it clear and easy to search for what I wanted . Very good service and delivery was quick , nicely boxed , presented very well thank you will be coming to the show room to have a look also very good range of prices for all pockets .

Tiles are great, although not unpack them all. Delivery provider are terrible, they ignor restrictive access instructions, require a 10 hour window for delivery and can't use their own equipment to unload.
