“As first time buyers we can't thank Dave enough for all his help and guidance in finding us a mortgage that was within our budget, during a time when it looked like we might never get on the property ladder. Throughout the entire process he was extremely helpful and attentive. When interest rate were expected to rise at short notice, he worked tirelessly to secure a deal on a Sunday to ensure that we secured the best rate before any changes hit. His communication was exceptional, ensuring we were well informed throughout the process and understood all the options available to us. In addition to securing a mortgage, Dave assisted us with a number of insurance policies (something we knew very little about).
