A big thank you to Ickey Singh for his incredible customer service, Ickey went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect - particularly as a new customer, his communication was very reassuring. Their prices are amazing, absolutely unbeatable and I'm really happy with the final product I've received.”

“I had the pleasure of working with this company for some branded Christmas presents, I worked with Ickey Singh to get everything sorted in such a short time frame Ickey was attentive and listened to all of our business needs. “The customer service I have received from Harry Straw has been outstanding. From the initial quote all the way through to delivery of my order and after he has been quick with his responses and really helpful. We had a slight issue with some of the quality on a couple of the items received which Harry quickly and efficiently rectified with replacements being despatched straight away. I wont hesitate to use The Pro branding Co in the future or recommend their great services to anyone. Thank you!”

“Incredibly happy with the service at Theprobrandingco. We had a very tight deadline and needed to source some banner pens for an event - I had spoken to at least 4+ different companies, and each told me they could not source in time from their manufacturers, saying it would take 1 month minimum. Ickey at Theprobrandingco was my last hope before giving up, but he has a strong relationship with the manufacturers and managed to get us the pens for our deadline. Really appreciate the customer service as he went out of his way to help and deliver, despite all other companies not being able to. Would 100% use again, they did not let us down!”
