“I tend to order a lot of different merchandise and use various companies regularly. Im very picky because my timescales are usually tight and if I have a poor experience I dont go back. First time using these guys, and can honestly say Id use them again. My rep was Harry Shaw; he was consistent and patient in replies, was helpful regards the design match and very hepful regards the delivery. Thankyou Harry for making things less stressful!”

“The customer service I have received from Harry Straw has been outstanding. From the initial quote all the way through to delivery of my order and after he has been quick with his responses and really helpful. We had a slight issue with some of the quality on a couple of the items received which Harry quickly and efficiently rectified with replacements being despatched straight away. “Incredibly happy with the service at Theprobrandingco. We had a very tight deadline and needed to source some banner pens for an event - I had spoken to at least 4+ different companies, and each told me they could not source in time from their manufacturers, saying it would take 1 month minimum. Ickey at Theprobrandingco was my last hope before giving up, but he has a strong relationship with the manufacturers and managed to get us the pens for our deadline. Really appreciate the customer service as he went out of his way to help and deliver, despite all other companies not being able to. Would 100% use again, they did not let us down!”
