I found the team to be extremely helpful and informative, they answered all questions quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. “Found this company by accident while pricing up other personalised bags from elsewhere. I am glad I did as I think I got a better quality bag, cheaper and better service. ll done by email. No pestering phone calls. You can reply when you are free. Each part of the order was checked and asked questions about before printing. Once I had given the okay, the bags were delivered within 48 hours. They were even better than I expected them to be and far superior quality. Even a follow up to see if everything went okay. Definitely going to keep The Printed Bag Shop on file for next time. Very happy customer. DH”
