“My order didn’t arrive and I had no replies to my emails via various platforms. There was no phone number to call. The order was a gift for a friend which meant I had a last minute scramble to source an alternative. With no communication I had no idea whether the order was coming or not.
I eventually received a refund.
The fact I have received an email asking for a review of my recent purchase shows that their customer service still needs further work.”

I'm so sorry your order didn't arrive and that our customer service has been such a bad experience for you! That is really not what we want at all! We're still a very small team and know that we need to improve, so again I'm sorry.
If your order is the one I think it is, it looks like it was damaged in transit which was why it didn't arrive on time. We do try and get these sorted out and a new one sent out as quickly as possible. But again, I'm sorry we weren't able to this time.
We want reviews both good and bad. And although I hate a bad review, thank you for your review because we will make sure we do better going forward with our customer service.
