“Many advisors if not all will tell you they will action your request asap , however the reality is that doesn't really happen, evaluations take weeks on end, mortgage offers even longer and nothing happens.
Inspite of the experiences I had I decided to try the mortgage library as well and although they charge a fee...believe me its worth it.
I reached out on a friday and despite the weekend, by monday I had made more progress than any of the other advisors i've used in the past. The evaluation was arranged imediately after and although the current tenant was unavailable for the valuation, the second valuation was set up again at a very quick pace ( we're talking days/ Not weeks).
