“Good products and reasonably priced. Would be good to see the use of paper tape on packages to limit plastic use. Im aware the plates etc need plastic wrapping for integrity but when an alternative is available it will be even better”

“Lovely Plates and Bowls. Would love to see some more eco friendly - non plastic film wrap - packaging on both the actual plates and bowls and the delivery box. this would make the whole experience 5 stars.”

“I ordered the pack of 25 x large square, 25 x small square, 25 square bowls and set of cutlery for same. Although they haven't been used yet they look substantial and quite sturdy, suitable for the BBQ party food. The only negative is that I'm not sure if the cutlery will be practical. I ordered direct from Foogo and I only wish that I had been kept informed of my delivery as I didn't even receive an e-mail as confirmation. For anyone who is keen to use sustainable products this is absolutely ideal”

Hi Catherine, Thanks for the feedback. We would love to hear from you when you have used the cutlery. Regarding the communication around delivery, we normally send out a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed. We then send out a second email as soon as the products are shipped from our warehouse, which typically is in the next working day. Sometimes, the emails could end up in promotional or junk folders in your mailbox, so we always ask our customers to check all their email folders. If the emails can't be found or haven't made to your inbox, you could write to us using the contact form in the website and our customer services team will provide the tracking for your order. “Bought because I couldnt find any oblong plates to take cakes and fit in cake tin. They are washable and reusable.”
