“The service from Foogo was excellent, but let down by their delivery agent, Evri, who failed to deliver. When the delivery did not arrive we had to contact them, they failed to notify us of a problem, then claimed they could not find our address. We live in an urban area and are not difficult to find. We contacted Foogo and they arranged a replacement that arrived the next day without any problems. This is not the first time we have had an issue with Evri. To summarise; Foogo provide an excellent product and service but need to review the partners they work with.”

“The sugarcane bowls we have purchased seem sturdy and are the exact size as stated. However, as we are planning to use for chilli and haven't yet, I cannot say how they are with hot food. The forks are exactly as described and will be perfect for our needs.”
