“I ordered the sample pack to test the quality and look/feel of the products. I was pleasantly surprised. They are sturdy and of great quality. They do vary from piece to piece, but that is a given as they are natural products. I subsequently have gone one to order a larger order for my event. My only feedback would be to revise the box and paper packaging it arrived in as it strongly smelt of sick/vomit. I had to dispose of it immediately as it stank the room out. The plates themselves, once aired out, did not smell.”

Hi Stella, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you liked the sample pack we sent and delighted about the subsequent order. Thanks for taking the time to feedback on the packaging - we use recycled cardboard and paper in all our packaging. Unlike virgin paper, these could give out a mild scent. We have passed this feedback to our cardboard vendor and we will look into resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thanks, FOOGO Green

“I previously left a review as I didn’t receive the samples I had requested. I received a response immediately from the company and they sent the missing items immediately. How very refreshing to see a company respond so promptly to rectify an issue. I am super happy with the samples. They are sturdy and look like they’ll be perfect for my needs. Mostly I needed an idea of the sizes and I can now make an inform purchase. Thank you so much.”

“I was expecting them to arrive earlier. I rang customer service who reassured me and assured me that if they did not arrive in a couple of days, they would express another shipment so I had them in time for the event I was working for. They arrived the next day, well in time. But good to know that the company were prepared to help me if there was a problem. The product is good and just as expected. They are strong, making them easy to use. I will use them again. Well done”
