“I have made three purchases from the store. Specifically different coffees. On all three orders there was at least one out of stock. The coffee is expensive yet was delivered in an Amazon plastic bag - looked cheap. I wish I had not ordered three bags as gifts for people. If I would have known how they were shipped I would not have.
Clean up your inventory and packaging. For the prices charged you can do better.”

“I ordered some of the healthiest coffee in the world. It was really good, so good, I ordered four more as gifts and sent them to family and clients. It was a nice bag of coffee thrown into an oversized Amazon bag so did not have the "gift" vibe upon arrival. They also took several weeks to arrive so timing can be improved upon. We send fruit gift baskets to new clients. I would like to shift to sending Blue Zone coffee once the shipping allows for gifting options and better shipping packaging.”
