“Bought one product (Decaar rebalancing cream) which came promptly. Product was well wrapped, no chance of leakage or damage to bottle, and package was clearly labelled. No problems with delivery - I was able to redirect it to post office as I was going to be out, no problems with use of the product and the website was easy to use etc.”

“I've been purchasing my skincare from the beautybistro for a number of years. Bev is highly knowledgeable when it comes to skin and skincare recommendations. My skin has changed considerably since I have taken her advice. She is quick to answer my questions ( I always have a lot of questions!) and delivery is fast. Thoroughly recommend Bev and her business. I've never had such good customer service, Bev is someone that actually cares about skin and her consumers without a hard sell on products. Very, very pleased customer.”
