“I recently hired The Barista for a trade show in London, and they were fantastic from end to end. run up to the show was clear, and the barista on-site, Miriam, was a pleasure to work with. The team had nothing but great things to say about the the whole service!”

“We recently used Mr Barista for a three-day exhibition, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Lauren was outstanding throughout the event – friendly, professional and incredibly hardworking. She was constantly busy serving coffees yet always greeted every delegate with a smile and helped create such a welcoming atmosphere on our stand. The coffee itself was delicious (we had so many compliments!), and the iced coffee selection was particularly popular. It became a real talking point and genuinely helped increase engagement on the stand. Communication before the event was excellent, everything ran seamlessly on-site, and the team couldn't have been more accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Barista and are already looking forward to working with them again on future events. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!”

“The main reason for having a Barista was to serve high quality coffee to our customers and that was definetly achieved. We were getting various comments throughout the exhibition about how good the coffee was and was in fact that nicest at the event. Added to that, the service we received from first enquiry to pack up was very professional and everything that i could have expected.”

“I cannot recommend The Barista highly enough. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble, and the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. The planning process ahead of the event was outstanding. The team took the time to really understand our needs and requirements, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance throughout. Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every element was carefully considered and executed to a very high standard. On the day, their customer service was superb. The team were friendly, approachable, and incredibly efficient, creating a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference and contributed greatly to the overall success of the event. What really stood out was their depth of knowledge and expertise. “We hosted a large conference-type event with over 400 attendees and The Barista was far and awya the easiest part to organise of all the moving parts. They were incredibly helpful and open to adjustments, service was great and quality of the drinks was above expectations. We found it to be a very cost-effective option compared to alternatives too! Would highly recommend”
