“Was not happy I had to wait so long for sun cream I ordered, I received just as I was going away , I would not of minded if I was informed regarding this at the time but I had to chase suncare shop quite a few time , received after nearly 4 wks , that’s the only reason given 3 stars .”

“I made a purchase of £122 worth of sun care products, with an 48 hour delivery promise, and had an email confirmation. That was 3 weeks ago. I’ve since had no emails about dispatch and no contact at all from the company. I have sent several emails and have had no reply. I can only assume that this shop does not actually exist and is fraudulent.”
