“Great to find a direct replacement for my 20 or 30 year old alternator. It worked as expected when fitted, which as it is for a boat is what is needed. Very very quick to arrive and well packaged. I'll be ording again when something goes wrong. Thanks.”

“Excellent service from this Company. I ordered an uprated alernator from them, complete with a regualtor wired for use with an external regulator. It arrived the next morning. I then found that the external regulator could not get the voltage down to a reasonable float voltage. Tom at the Starter Motor and Alternator Company suggested removing the internal regulator and replacing with a brush box, and they sent this free of charge. I'll be recommending them to any one who is looking for a replacement alternator or starter motor.”

“We had trouble sourcing a starter motor for a kybota compact tractor. Everywher we had tried couldn't help. The starter motor & alternator company couldn't be more helpful. We sent them pictures and dimensions of the starter. They worked out what we needed, had it in stock and sent it out the same day. Excellent service.”

“I have ordered approx 5 times up to now from The Starter Motor @ Alternator, there service 100%. Very helpfull and know what they are talking about on the phone. there delivery service is fantactic. I dont even bother speaking to anyone else anymore as I run 59 vehicles and need them fixed and turned around quickly and I know I can rely on the parts getting to me.”

“Fantastic service . Tom really knows his stuff and even replied to a email question at 8.30pm . Simply brilliant. . Order sent and arrived early next day . Fab . !! Don't go anywhere else . Ok he might not be the cheapest give or take 10 quid , but I lost 3 days without a car due to another seller sending the wrong one !”

“Order was placed on a Tuesday morning and delivered by lunch time Wednesday. Item was well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Mechanic fitted alternator within an hr with no problems. Correct fitment no problems at all, unlike other firms we had dealt with prior. Communication was excellent, service was excellent what more could you want. Will definitely use again in the future for any other parts that I need that they stock. Absolutely spot on If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well done.”

“Can’t recommend these highly enough, phoned having removed my alternator as there were several different types fitted, very helpful chap took all the details and then sent me out the correct one. It arrived the next day very well packaged along with a return label for my old unit. Fitted the new alternator which worked like a charm. Boxed my old unit into their packaging, dropped it off at the post office, job done. Few days later I received an email saying that my deposit for my old unit was being sent to my bank but may take ten days, it was there in two! Really top notch service, seems rare these days to find a firm that does exactly what they say they do but they definitely did, thanks again guys really grateful and would definitely use you again best wishes Chris”
