“Order was placed on a Tuesday morning and delivered by lunch time Wednesday. Item was well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Mechanic fitted alternator within an hr with no problems. Correct fitment no problems at all, unlike other firms we had dealt with prior. Communication was excellent, service was excellent what more could you want. Will definitely use again in the future for any other parts that I need that they stock. Absolutely spot on If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well done.”

“Can’t recommend these highly enough, phoned having removed my alternator as there were several different types fitted, very helpful chap took all the details and then sent me out the correct one. It arrived the next day very well packaged along with a return label for my old unit. Fitted the new alternator which worked like a charm. Boxed my old unit into their packaging, dropped it off at the post office, job done. Few days later I received an email saying that my deposit for my old unit was being sent to my bank but may take ten days, it was there in two! Really top notch service, seems rare these days to find a firm that does exactly what they say they do but they definitely did, thanks again guys really grateful and would definitely use you again best wishes Chris”

“Although initially it was the incorrect starter that was supplied (24v instead of 12v) as soon as I contacted Tom through WhatsApp the correct starter was sent with packaging to return incorrect one. They seemed a very professional setup and wanted to satisfy the customer, would definitely use agsin”

“Brilliant service. Had a Volvo Xc60 that looked like an aftermarket alternator. Spoke to this company and brilliant advice. Order replacement and it arrived next day. Fitted and 100% correct unit. Sent faulty unit back and had deposit refunded within 24hrs with free shipping. Brilliant service.”
