“Disgusting service spent £60 on bereavement flowers and £12 for next day delivery, flowers were not delivered on the chosen paid for day the tracking info with Royal Mail just says check again tomorrow and customer services have ignored all my emails! Quick enough to take the money but failed to provide the service paid for. I would avoid using this company if you actually want anything sent! I'll never use them again!”
“Absolutely terrible ordered flowers next day delivery spent over 60.00 and 8 days later they were delivered.I understand there is a postal strike but surely yous realised they wouldn't have been delivered in the first place.Yet you went and took the order. Flowers arrived all dried up and dead.Tried to contact yous but yous ignore the messages .My daughter ordered from funky pigeon and it got delivered next day from DPD.I also got flowers from Freddie flowers and they were here next day by DPD.Never again.I want a full refund.Please don't waste your money on this company they have a Facebook page and delete all the bad comments just look at all the angry faces on it.DONT RISK WASTING UR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.They ignore ur messages”
