“Staff took the trouble to phone about an extra problem picked up on my iPad, plus of course cost, when they could have ignored it. Only downside for some people must be the three or four day turnaround, but better a good repair than a hurried and possibly poor repair I feel.”

“Booked an hour's training today, it helped a lot and took 45 mins, so they only charged for that. Will be back.”

“I've just had MacMan upgrade the hard drive in my mid 2011 iMac from 500GB to 2TB SSHD and it works a treat. Apple said mid 2011 hard drives could not be upgraded because of cooling issues, but MacMan solved the problem with an OWC thermal sensor made especially for mid 2011 iMacs. MacMan are true mac enthusiasts and offer a friendly, prompt & and professional service.”
