“These guys were friendly and helpful from the outset, giving free advice which of course makes you feel inclined to go back when you need to have something done. Indeed I did need to go back to get a disk sorted out and I would go back again without hesitation. Thanks, worth a lot to know such folks.”

“Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient, someone was able to come out the same day I called {much to my relief!}. Worth every penny for having a computer that works properly in the middle of a project with an imminent deadline! I'd definitely recommend The Mac Man and would use them again.”

“This morning I had a serious problem (my outlook accounts had disappeared and all my emails with them), but a call to MacMan diagnosed the problem and there was a simple fix that I was able to do myself. Many thanks! I had looked at various online forums and the fixes all seemed so complicated, so it was great to speak to a real person about it and get exactly the right advice. I have used you for check-ups in the past and will certainly continue to do so - great service.”

“The guys from Macman managed to fix my MacBook Pro after a pint of Ribena was spilt all over it. They are extreamly helpful with any questions I had and kept me updated on how it was going. Very professional company and I will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks from the Asset Protect Solutions team”

“I have had cause to call MacMan twice. Firstly related to our Imac, which we had all but written off. MacMan fixed the problem and upgraded it giving it a brand new lease of life and saving us havinbg to buy a new machine, which would have cost hundreds of pounds. Secondly I had a problem with my 2010 Macbook Air. They fixed in very quickly and when I decided to buy a new model, they took it in part/ex for a good price - all very quick, very professional, with regular updates by telephone and email. I couldn't be more delighted!”

“From the initial phone call, to carrying my renewed iMac to my car, the service from MacMan was second to none. The repair (replacement of my dead hard drive) was seamless and very swift. I lost absolutely nothing, and my 2009 iMac runs like a brand new machine. Everything about it is faster and haven't had any problems since. I'm very glad I also purchased an external hard drive to keep everything backed up securely too. I would wholeheartedly recommend MacMan to anyone and everyone for their service and customer care. “Absolutely brilliant service. 68 minutes (give or take 1 or 2) from leaving the shop to being told my iphone was ready for collection. Polite, easy to understand explanation of what was required, by a knowledgeable member of staff. Thrilled to bits, will never go anywhere else now! A very 'happy bunny', Julie”

“Brilliant service! Wow! I am SO happy that such a specialist shop/store exists in Tunbridge Wells. Such a find! I could not believe how helpful and quick 'MacMan' were in finding me a replacement charger lead for my elderly Mac Powerbook and giving it to me for 'free', as it was one they found in their store room - bless them! They also offered back-up support if I found the charger did not work when I tested it with my Mac. MacMan gave me such superb and supportive customer service, as I was really stuck by having my old G4 at home rendered useless because the charger had stopped working when it is essential to me and a further dilemma that newer versions of charger would not fit my Mac! Now my Powerbook works perfectly again! I'm so grateful. I recommend that anyone who needs Mac support or sales in this area should go to MacMan. I am not a young thing and yet I was treated with patience and courtesy even though it was nearly closing time. Such customer service skills are often lacking in tech stores these days that are essentially aimed only at young people with staff that have little time for anyone else! Whereas today I left MacMan feeling totally satisfied with the experience, with my problem fully resolved. Thank you MacMan! Helen Raymond.”
