“James arrived on time for our appointment at home, and he was the most helpful and positive computer specialist I have come across in 10 years. They are expensive but I will continue to use them.”

“The person who served me was very knowledgeable and explained the products in a way I could understand. There was no hard sell and I felt as though I was listened to and the Mac I ended up purchasing was right for what I needed. The after care was also brilliant, being a first time Mac owner I needed to ask some really daft questions but I was treated respectfully and my issues were dealt with promptly and easily.”

“They could not identify a recurrent fault in my laptop and so I suppose you could say that, by returning it to me in working order, that made me happy.”

“Prompt and warm welcome in the shop. Quick and knowledgeable appraisal of the problem with a quote for the repair. Phone call telling me the work was in hand and when it would be completed. Overall, a very good experience. Would use Macman again and certainly recommend to others.”

“Used them to help extract photos from my broken phone before it was sent off to the insurance company to be fixed/replaced. Extremely helpful, gave a lot of time on the phone discussing my options and the cheapest route to take. Before giving a great in store 'while you wait' service with a cup of tea. Highly recommend.”
