“These guys are really polite, efficient and well priced. Running a graphic production and installation team our phones can get broken screens when on-site and need fixing ASAP as an essential tool for us. This particular iPhone 4s was fixed same day at Tunbridge Wells Branch which is brilliant and at a good cost. Really recommend their service - Justin @BootCREATe”

“After paying £35.00 for a brand new battery for my phone and apparently being successful, my phone has failed to show any change after the new battery and still doesn't last any more than 4 hours untouched with 100% charge.”

Hi Sophie Sorry you're not happy with the iPhone battery replacement. The problem cannot be with the battery and we will therefore need to do a full assessment on the phone to verify the fault to see as to why the battery is draining quicker than it should be. This usually costs £25 but in this instance we're willing to do this for you free of charge as we always aim for 100% customer satisfaction. I hope to hear from you. “Telly pleased with the service. I wanted to upgrade the ram in my iMac. They knew the best and least expensive way to achieve what I needed. They had everything in stock and the upgrade was done within a couple of hours.”

“There are lots of fly by night outfits around offering to fix Apple devices. These guys on the other hand know Apple products and offer a friendly professional and reasonably priced service. I took my ipad mini in following a botched repair at another 'outlet' and they couldn't have been more helpful, repairing my device and getting it back to me in just a few days. Highly recommended”

“We felt slightly patronised by salesman as we are in older age bracket and not terribly familiar with the jargon surrounding products. A speedy sale was made and we subsequently found our two ipads were not matching inasmuch as one was a model from a previous year. We are left wondering if we have been sold 'old' models to pass them on.”
