“Investigated problem and thoroughly tested machine affected by smoke damage. Retained machine for me whilst the insurance sorted things out then repaired the fault quickly and efficiently always keeping me in touch with progress. I have used and bought from Mac-man before and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“These guys are wizards, I took what I thought was a completely dead iMac, and they raised it from the dead. Fabulous service, very helpful and really quick too. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent, efficient and knowledgeable service from The Mac Man. My MacBook Pro had completely stopped working and although I knew what the issue was, I was unfortunatly unable to sort it out myself. The Mac Man kept me informed both via email and through phone conversations as to the progress of my rebuild. I had my MacBook Pro back a few days later working good as new.”

“My iMac was dead. The MacMan was able to access parts that AppleMac wouldn't and found a new hard drive for my (as new) 6 year old machine. In 2 days they had it up and running and re-installed all memory from my time Machine. All back to normal for about £170. A painless repair!”

“My three year old Macbook Pro had gotten pretty decrepit when I brought it in, but is now running like it's new. The staff clearly explained my options for upgrading the machine and I felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. The repairs were performed quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend.”

“Went in to MacMan with two MacBook's to see if they could be ungraded as they were becoming a bit outdated. Spoke to Ryan who was amazingly helpful and was happy to do the work but informed me of the pitfalls if I proceeded with the upgrades due to the age of the machines. I felt I would be throwing money down the drain so I was every grateful for the heads up. I asked his advice and ended up purchasing a secondhand Macbook Pro which doubled the memory of the other to MacBooks put together and it was a later model. I left the old MacBooks with him and he switched all info from them both onto the new (to us) MacBook Pro, into two separate accounts, as well as backing up the hard drive after transfering all the info. He even sorted out a harddrive problem that we'd encountered. He is at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions and/or queries regarding the new machine and has been a font of all knowledge regarding Apple. I will not hesitate to return to MacMan or contact them. Very friendly and never any pressure to purchase a new machine. As Arnie said "I'll Be Back". Thank you MacMan, highly recommended.”

“Very satisfied. My 7 year old Macbook, which was dying, has been brought back to life and seems as good as new. Very happy with MacMan. Great customer service, great value for money.”
