Hi Ross, thank you so much for the review and for the constructive feedback. I can't express enough how important it us for us to get such useful feedback from our customers! We aren't always perfect, but we are always trying to get better and better so sincere thanks for your review. When it comes to shipping, we do use an express, tracked and insured delivery service to give our customers speed and piece of mind once the order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, this is quite expensive, but we are looking into a cheaper economy option for small and/or low value orders going forwards. The postage charge should be quite clear on the website prior to paying, and it sounds like it wasn't for you, so I'd welcome any additional feedback as to how we might perfect this for you and future customers. We do offer free delivery over £150, or, a little tip, if you sign up to our newsletter, we do send out a free shipping coupon so you can get free delivery under £150.
