From the moment I walked in until the very end, I was welcomed by warm, amazing staff—especially Mel and Aaron—who made me feel completely comfortable. We shared some great conversations that not only boosted my confidence but also helped me discover new facets of myself through exploring different looks. I am truly grateful for such an inspiring and supportive team. I didn't feel rushed at all! Sienna was reassuring and attentive, guiding me through selecting the right photos and navigating each stage of the process. She was always ready to answer my questions with openness and kindness, going beyond her friendly nature to make me believe in myself. She’s truly an amazing lady!
