“Ordered a set of cargo pants and cargo shorts. Unfortunately there was a picking error and was sent two pairs of cargo shorts. After emailing them they were very quick to respond regarding the error. Very easy to send back the incorrect item and got a full refund for them. The only issue is I still want the cargo pants I originally ordered but as these are only £45. This is below the carriage paid and I have emailed asking if this can be waived due to the picking error but to date I have heard nothing. The shorts I have are quality. Just wish I could say the same about my pants.”
