“I had the pleasure of working with Ricky and his team on finding my interolences. The service they provide is second to none. He was there on a video call to guide me through the whole process (very easy process ). I have made changes to my diet now and can see massive changes in my behaviour and my body. “I eat healthily and I’m conscious of what I’m consuming and when. But after doing Supply Life’s intolerance test, I’m much more knowledgeable about all the foods that don’t agree with my body and all the ones that do. It’s changed my life in such a short period of time. I feel much better and leaner, and my diet is much more varied now. Their guidebook was very informative and helped me come up with alternatives to compensate for the foods I have to avoid. Because of this, my diet is much more balanced now. I’ve recommended my friends to do this intolerance test because it will change their life for the better. I think everyone should do one.”

“Highly recommended, was very surprised to see I was intolerant to eggs , peas and a few others. Since eliminating the foods that were highlighted in red, I feel more energetic, sleep a lot better and not longer look bloated”

“I have done this test myself and had great results. I am buying two kits for gifts for family members to change their eating habits. My own experience convinced me...I found that I was intolerant to foods which I never would have guessed and felt much better after taking them out of my diet.”

“The blood sample was fairly easy to collect. I put my test in the mail on Monday and got my results on Friday. Highly recommend. Found out I had a moderate reaction to some things I eat often and had no idea they were the culprit for my stomach pain. I thought I was gluten intolerant or something, but eliminating gluten wasn't really helping. Turns out it's yeast and dairy!”
