“I ordered the sumner 12’-11” short stack material lift. The picture clearly show’s stabilizer arms attached and the description Does Not say anything about them not being included. After receiving the lift without the stabilizer arms I had addressed this to the customer service rep and she had agreed that the description was not clear. However if I wanted the arms I would need to order them separately. The lift has a 800 lb capacity, stabilizer arms should have been included.”
