“I have used most of the products over multiday rides and found them easy on the stomach and don't get fed up with the taste they seem to give me the right amount of energy and keep me hydrated.Would definitely recommend .”

“Good products, delivered quickly and made by passionate human beings. Could ask for nothing more. The mix 60 and mix 90 drinks are a lifesaver on long endurance events where taking on solid food becomes near impossible.”

“The purchase and delivery was smooth and fast. I purchased Energy bar tester kits and GEL30. Bars are absolutely delicious( at least for my taste), easy to consume and give me the energy I expected. Just to point, bars are larger than normally you would expect, I only manage to eat two third at a time when snacking on bike. GEL30 Nitro Dual-Carb Energy Gel. The texture is not as hard as other gels, something between the softest and hardest gell. Its quite a strong taste but easy consumable. It definitely does the job/ gives you energy and I'm taking them for my two race events end of May. Overall I would recommend this product and its made in UK.”

“The energy bars taste really nice and are easy to eat on the bike, the 50 grams of carbs per bar fuels you for longer! The energy drink tastes really nice too and the 90 grams of carbs per satchet is a really quick and easy way of getting more carbs in!”

“Honestly, the most amazing food for cyclist. I don’t leave for a ride without at least a bar50 or a gel. More then that, the food actually tastes amazing and I get excited when it’s time to eat on the bike where with other brands sometimes it was a bit like forcing food down my stomach. Can’t recommend enough:)”

“I highly rate Styrkr bars. I regularly use them before long runs and feel they give me enough energy. I like that they’re quite light and very tasteful. Other similar branded products feel quite stodgy and heavy but Styrkr bars are just right. I have been running regularly for over 20 years and personally these are the best pre work out bars I have came across.”

“I gave Styrkr products a trial having met the team at their stall at Tour of Cambridge and enjoyed my chat with them. I'm normally quite reluctant to change from products that I know work for me but I'm glad I did in this instance. Their Carb mix drink powder is by far the easiest to drink for the amount of carbs you are ingesting - I used their 90 mix during the Fred Whitton this year (over 6 hrs of riding) and consumed 5 bottles worth (having carried some sachets with me). The rice bars are super tasty and I'm regularly tempted to have one normally let alone whilst exercising. The gels are ok - I'm not the biggest fan of gels anyway but appreciate its a quick way to ingest 30g carbs and in some cases with a caffeine kick. I take a caffeine gel before each of my time trial events and that seems to work well with no stomach upsets going full gas within 20 minutes. Overall I highly recommend these products and will continue to use them myself for long rides/big events/races.”

“Love the products. They taste good and do the job perfectly! Styrkr is my new favourite brand of sports nutrition. I love the way they’re individually packaged too, this makes it easy for travelling and means you don’t end up with big tubs of powders going solid!”
