“I ordered a pair of slippers from Biyadina, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The product arrived in unacceptable condition – dirty, fraying fabric, stray stitches, visible cut lines, and overall sloppy craftsmanship.
I contacted the company and provided photos as requested. They offered two options: return for a refund or receive a replacement pair. I opted for a refund and asked for a return address, but after that, communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response for weeks.
Eventually, I noticed a small credit on my credit card. After checking my spam folder, I found a refund notification email. While they did issue a refund, it was in the wrong currency – 46.55 MAD instead of the 46.55 USD I had paid. This converted to just $6.67 CAD, while my total out-of-pocket cost was $100.44 CAD (including $34.17 CAD in import fees). This refund was issued on Feb 8, 2025, and all attempts to contact them since then have been ignored. They've effectively ghosted me.
This was a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend purchasing from Biyadina based on the poor product quality, lack of customer service, and mishandling of the refund.”

“Disappointed in the workmanship and how hard the soles are, especially the heel area. The heel on the left shoe also seems loose and makes a noise when I walk on it. Finally, there is a weird design on the top of the shoe that was NOT in any of the pictures.”
