“Had an order delivered to the wrong property by Royal Mail, not the senders fault but have asked them to get in touch with Royal Mail to fix the error. No reply for two weeks now. Wasted money.”

“I ordered 2 items and one was smashed with no liquid in at all. I Contacted to ask for another to be sent out which they said would be done right away. Had nothing from them so I emailed them again and they asked what item it was again and I’ve heard nothing back. AGAIN”

“I placed an order one week ago to the day (Thursday). Firstly, if you want clarification on my review - look at the information on delivery. ! One says “will be shipped within 24-48 hours” then a small snippet of information saying “we advise that if you want your parcel super quick, or words to that effect, then plesse fill in the “payment confirmation” form. STOP ! It isn’t the customers job to confirm payment - YOU confirm payment and do so promptly. So my order was “on hold” the whole of Friday. I then received an email on Saturday saying they had confirmed my payment and that the parcel “should” be delivered on Monday. On Monday, nothing - I sent an email which was ignored. I then received an email on Tuesday with just a Tracking number - no other information. No “Hi, here is your tracking number” - just the number - which is fine, but lacks professionalism. It was also a “pre generated label” so I could not track it. I then later it updated - informing me that they had dropped it to the post office at 4pm !!! . So obviously this missed the last post and was therefore sent on Wednesday. I was then forced to take a day off work today ( thinking it’s bount to come today) - it hasn’t !!!! It’s cost me a full days work, an incredible amount of stress and still no parcel. They are now ignoring my emails. If anyone from Steroid-uk is reading this - I asked you to do the correct thing andinstead of deleting it - up your game and do something about it! If someone places an order on Thursday you should be delivering swiftly the very next morning( okay you don’t work weekends) but even stretch that you missed the following morning then it should’ve been done the next working day, which in this case was the Monday, instead instead you posted late afternoon on Tuesday- it’s pure laziness and has caused massive stress and a days work. Your dealing with peoples hard earned money and time. Please make up for this.”

“Always been great however I’d be very cautious at the moment. Deliveries are not happening. Maybe there’s some issue but despite messaging a lot, there’s no messages back. No product No comms £100+ down the toilet. I’d personally avoid at the moment until they sort it out”

“Poor service I pay express delivery for this and was told I’ll get it by after 4-5 days. They never answer any questions so god knows if the stuff is any good. He seems to be running this from his mother’s basement and charges top dollar. Avoid”

“DO NOT USE THIS SITE ! Terrible!!!! After paying for products and for postage , my “ order “ arrived today completely wrong. Not wrong as in oh one thing is missing, more like nothing arrived and instead for my £100 order I received one pack of Clen. Ridiculous !! Complete ripoff. Stay away I will be posting on every site I can warning about these guys.”
