“Clear checkout process, item as expected, only reason it’s not 4* is because I couldn’t locate my parcel for a while as it wasn’t actually properly signed for and left at a completely different location. I emailed asking to see if they could help me locate it but I didn’t get a reply. Thankfully I found it but would have been nice to hear from someone”
