“I went to Stennett and Stennett to write my will. The whole process was very easy and surprisingly pleasant. Mr Stennett was very friendly and helpful explaining the various possibilities and Mr Sagum, who wrote the document "translated" some of the legal jargon and made the amendment I requested. “Earlier this year, because of my elderly father's ill-health, I needed to obtain Lasting Power of Attorney. At the same time, it was necessary to sell his house. This was a stressful period, but was greatly alleviated when I approached Stennett & Stennett, and found that I could have both these services carried out by the one company. To obtain Lasting Power of Attorney is quite a lengthy, time-consuming process, but Mr. Michael Stennett made sure that this was carried out efficiently and without delay. He took considerable care to explain sensitively to my father what the LPA would mean. Their estate agency, although not based in the immediate area of my father's house, advertised, organised the viewings and received a number of offers within a few days of the property going on the market. Their fees were very good value compared to those of other more local estate agents. Conveyancing was thorough, very professional and, again with no delays. Completion of the sale took place within seven weeks of the property being advertised. I found Stennett & Stennett to be a company with a wide range of expertise and knowledge. They are highly experienced and professional and, at the same time, friendly and approachable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
