“Great project resources. I found online workshops difficult, very intense subject for 3 days. I also found the mixed content of foundation and practitioner confusing and would have preferred a focussed course on the foundation qualification.”

“The online learning materials were helpful, however, there should be a short written introduction at the start of the module to advise on techniques for getting through the material and how this relates to the exams. E.g. timings, process for booking exams, recommendation to take the Foundation first, etc. Meanwhile, the customer services team could be more helpful when booking exams as the process is very complicated as you rely on a third party (People Cert). At times I was given conflicting information from different people, which led to me having to spend more money on buying a licence extension. If possible, the entire process should be simplified with more transparency about the rules for activating exam vouchers, rebooking exams, and the costs associated. Overall, there should be more guidance available to the learner to reduce the burden on them having to find out all this information while trying to focus on getting through the course materials.”

“I would have preferred to attend a face to face course. Due to the rules around Covid 19 at the time this was not an option. However, the online tutor was both knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, who managed the course well. i would recommend SPOCE to anyone looking to undertake both the Foundation and Practitioner exams. It must be a good course as I passed both first time. Thank you.”

“The service we have had has been very poor. We were promised online logins a week before the course started but after having to chase your colleagues we only just received these 12 hours before. The information given to the delegates was incorrect.”

“Content terrible at loading. Even changed internet to help with speed and still doesn't load seamlessly - email back: We have been digging into the issue you have reported to try and identify what might be causing it. However we have not had much luck with emulating the issues. Im based in Australia and on a different timezone so difficult to call Frustrated and about to give up as its making learning very difficult”
