“Very helpful and friendly staff delivered our bath exactly at the date and time agreed. The bath it's self is very good quality and looks lovely cannot wait to try it out as soon as the plumbers have finished. The whole experience has been excellent and would definitely deal with The Whirlpool Bath Store again and recommend them to friends.”

“Unable to comment on the operation of the bath just yet as installation is yet to be completed. My bathroom is being completely renovated and a separate shower room is currently under construction. As for the actual purchase and delivery of the bath, all went very well and the original contact with Whirlpool Bath Shop was a pleasure and they were most helpful and courteous. I was very surprised with the delivery in that, possibly being a little naive, the consignment was very large! It consisted of no less than 4 wooden pallets screwed together to form a very rigid and unfortunately heavy support structure for the bath. It was then wrapped in a very thick polythene 'shrinkwrap'. I am most surprised that one is expected to sign for the delivery as received in good condition, when there is no way one can expect the driver to wait while it is completely unpacked and checked over!! Needless to say I didn't!! From what I have seen thus far of the actual bath, it looks superb. I would certainly be quite prepared to write a further review and possibly even add a photo or two, when installation and the remainder of the totally modernised bathroom has been completed and I have been able to make full use of it.”

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are currently testing a new two man delivery service which we hope to be able to roll out for all bath deliveries very soon. It would be great to see the installed product once your bathroom is complete. Thanks again.

“Ordered a corner whirlpool bath. Quick delivery and good comparative price. All order received ok...just initially concerned with the heavy repeat emphasis made on checking the delivery as no claim for return afterwards, which is very difficult to deal with based on the size of the item and the fact that it was put on a frame pallet and in wrapping terms, it was basically just put on the pallet and cling film wrapped so could easily get damaged in transit. Equally the delivery guy did not want to hang around... Having said all this the product appears to be fine so at this stage we are pleased with it. Just looking forward to using it once installed. Would use The Whirlpool Bath Shop again, based on this experience.”
