“Ordered a Stellar Profile set of 5 knives in a wooden knife block as it was a much lower price than competitors. When the knife set didn't arrive after a few days I was concerned, especially after reading some of the poor reviews, and contacted customer services. The customer service advisor was very helpful and chased up the delivery, which arrived two days later. The knife set was exactly what I had ordered and nearly 25% cheaper than the nearest rival. A very good shopping experience.”

“I called customer services to try and order a couple of bowls in a specific colour, as the colours were chosen at random for online orders.
