“I had an issue with my order, I had placed the wrong delivery address. Smartly customer care sorted it straight away with no hassle. I'd spent a lot of money on a charging point so it was a relief that they fixed the issue so quickly. Speaking to and chatting on live chat to someone in the UK was a breath of fresh air. Their product range is good and the information on the website is helpful to understand the different connections required for my PHEV. Quick delivery, value for money, and great service.
