“Having had a delayed delivery I wrote a negative review. I have now received the tablets and they have improved my sleep. I have two about an hour before I go to bed. They have certainly improved my broken sleep pattern. They taste good and easy digestible. I can certainly recommend these tablets. Apologies for the previous review. Please provide details for me to delete.”
