“I have been taking the SleepAid tablets on and off for years now. I am a bad sleeper but by taking half a tablet before bed when I wake up in the night I can go back to sleep again. If I don't take it and I wake up in the night I cannot get back to sleep at all. They don't leave you feeling drowsy in the morning but if I take a whole tablet I do feel drowsy for a while. Would recommend to anyone with sleep difficulties as there is nothing else you can buy over the counter which acts the same.”

“I have recently purchased 3 bottles again . These have made a huge difference for me. I wake feeling totally refreshed . If taking a whole one i recommend taking earlier on but i find half is sufficient for me. Delivery time was great will definitely be purchasing more . Highly recommend .”
