“I still have not received the skates since ordering September 15th. I've sent several correspondence to the team, but it takes time before I get a concrete response. It sounds like the team is doing what they can to get the product to me, but I recently requested a refund and cancelation of this order. Apparently there was a mix up and my order was flown to Canada and not the USA final destination. The only time I receive any kind of update is if I reach out. I need someone to contact me via WhatsApp or another form of communication besides chat and email to get this resolved ASAP. I have been extremely patient. You guys should have sent this out and resolved the issues on the back end internally. It is unacceptable I haven't received the product. Please advise ASAP!”
