“Simply helped me get my first property. I was not long into mynew job and this was never a problem for them either. I dealt with all of the northern team and they were all equally fantastic from start to finish. I would strongly recommend using Simply lending solutions.”

“Having used mortgage brokers before i was a bit sceptical however i used simply recently for an increase in mortgage for a house move..... was assigned Helen Matthews who was fantastic from start to finish and actually found a mortgage much cheaper than i found myself. Would definitely use again and would recommend Helen and the team to anyone.”

“Simply arranged my remortgage for me recently, they made the process very straightforward. It was made more difficult with my income which is quite unusual but Helen and Caroline found me a solution with a good rate. I also dealt with Jo and Paige in the support team who were both really helpful and friendly.”

“Initially I didn’t see the value in hiring a mortgage advisor but after realising I didn’t have the expertise or time to focus on this - Luke took the reigns, explained our options and the impact and benefits long term, got us a great deal, saving us much more than I hoped, explained everything, every step of the way, replied to our 1000’s questions and queries and made this daunting task super simple.”

“I have been really impressed by Mortgage Thoughts. They explained everything very clearly and in a way that I could understand. They took me through everything step by step and answered all my queries quickly. My mortgage, even though it was a fairly complicated case, went through without a hitch and I am now living in my lovely home.
