“Normally these people are very good but I received this invitation to review out of the blue as I haven't ordered from them for some time. I did, however, order from "Jones Boot" which it turns out are nothng to do with Jones the Bootmaker though they are aping their customer service line and I'm still waiting for delivery 2 weeks later. Replies to chase up emails appear to be coming from China. This review makes me think they might be connected, in which case BEWARE!”
