I reached out to them many, many times without any response, both through their support email as well as PayPal. Finally, after 19 days and hearing nothing back, I opened a case to get refunded via PayPal. I have never had a worse experience with an online merchant.”
“Love the product purchased but when you pay for expedited shipping the expectation is to receive it in the 4-5 business days listed not 2 1/2 weeks later. I was very disappointed as I needed the shirt for a trip to Boston. I still do not see the refund for the shipping, So ... Not so good.”
