"A friend of mine shared the Rest & Relax sleep gummies by Ascent Wellness; I ran through his stash and I absolutely wanted to support this business and their remarkable products. I rarely write a review about anything, unless I am truly impressed by a product or service \r\n \r\nAs lifetime member of the Chronic Insomnia Club, I have been in a quest to find a solution, that doesn\u2019t involve habitually taking prescription pills, chugging a bottle of NyQuil, or about 10-20 Benadryl. \r\n\r\nNow, I take 2-3 gummies, which work rather quickly and my quality of sleep and life have significantly improved. Rest & Relax is not a cure to insomnia, but the gummies allow me to have the space to have a clear head to work on the other pieces. I have never been a fan of most gummies but these are actually ridiculously tasty, and soft. \r\n\r\nMy mother, who is currently going through her third month of chemo has also become a big supporter. The chemo has been wrecking her body, mind and the corticosteroids have raked havoc on her sleep and nerves. She was originally a fan of the sleep gummies and since their customer service has been so responsive, I reached out to Ascent for some suggestions, once she continued to fall more ill. I originally just ordered the Mind Boost & Protect for my mom, but I\u2019m incredibly impressed, to see her relax and have more energy, and more restful sleep to allow her body and mind to heal. That in itself is priceless and I want to share this, so hopefully the products can have a positive impact, for others.\r\n"
