“I found Servers Plus via Google, looking for the best price on a TP-LINK 8-port 2.5G switch. They were far and away the best price by a hefty margin. Web site/ordering was slick - but credit/debit card payment & no PayPal was a downer. Nevertheless, all went smoothly and it arrived next business day as promised which is pretty good for just £4.95 delivery. Box was slightly damaged (not double-boxed - just polywrap) but no problems with contents. I will use Servers Pus again based on my experience.”

“Order No: SOW22080035S I am not happy at all I ordered an 8 port Cisco SB 250 Switch on 23rd August 2022 and paid for the next day delivery. Today is Friday 26th August 2022 at 10:30 pm but I still haven't received the device. There is no way of tracking.”

“I had a device go faulty, and after working with Synology Technical Support, they identified that the device should be swapped out under warranty. Synology told me to contact Servers Plus, where I purchased it from. From the moment I contacted Server Plus Team, they took ownership and kept me updated all the time and provided me with a replacement swap out in no time. So not only did I get a good price on the item when I bought it, I got excellent customer service when I needed it. This is when you realize how valuable a service like this is. Well Done to all involved; I know that Server Plus worked closely with Synology to get my replacement to me. First Class Excellent Service.”
