“I initially dealt with Chelsea via email who was really nice and friendly. A call was organised for the same night and David rang me. David took the time to listen, explain the full process and all available options. He understood my thoughts/feelings and was non judgemental. Overall he was extremely supportive, friendly and patient. After that the process moved extremely quickly and only a matter of days from speaking to getting the paperwork signed and completed. Overall from speaking to David I was very anxious and scared but he totally settled me and really lifted a weight from my shoulder.”

“Amazing service! I would extremely recommend getting in touch with Scotland debt solutions if you have financial concerns. Myself and my husband have been struggling the past year trying to make ends meet. Too embarrassed to talk to anyone about our situation, I finally got the courage to email SDS. I got a fast response and a call was set up to speak to David. After being on the phone for just minutes all of my worries were put at ease. David explained all our options and gave us plenty of reassurance. We favoured the debt arrangement scheme which allowed us to combined our debt in to one affordable payment plan. “I had a fantastic experience with the Scotland Debt Solution team, I feel a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders by going for DAS. I'm not the one who would be very forthcoming about asking for help, especially regarding the financial situation. Even though I never missed any payments, I could clearly see that the situation was becoming impossible to manage. I had many sleepless nights thinking about where do I get the next bit of cash to pay for the next bill and the ever-increasing credit interest on the credit cards gave me the impression that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. After talking to Scotland Debt Solutions and explaining all the issues I was facing, they added the sums up for me and offered a solution. “Wot can I say ." WHY DID I NOT PICK UP THAT PHONE SOONER ?" That's wot. I'm not one for not paying my debts but the interest was more than I could pay. So I thought can they really help ?
