From his assuring messages at the start, amazing advice throughout and all the help he gave us to get started on the plan we are so very grateful. He is so easy to talk to and made talking about our debts a lot easier than anticipated! As for the plan, we didn’t even know things like this existed! “I contacted SDS and David called me and went through my options. Once we decided on the best option David messaged me with a list of documents I needed to produce. After that it took no time at all to set up. From start to finish David was very friendly and reassuring, he kept in contact with me explaining everything to me. I couldn't have asked for more.”

“My experience has been very positive from the beginning. I was unsure what to do with my mounting debt payments but I’m very grateful and relieved to have got in touch with this service. My advisor David Tannock has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. He has checked in regularly to see how I am and is available to answer questions promptly. I began talking with David on Saturday morning right through until late that night. The whole process has been easy and David has talked through my different options and the plan with me answering any questions I had. I am now less than a week later and I have a plan in place which I am very grateful for. A fantastic supportive service makes me feel silly I didn’t get in touch sooner!”

“Was completely lost in a vicious cycle of paying my credit cards, store cards, etc then having to use them again to get by, whilst being to ashamed to ask for help. But the bullet and gave these guys a call and got a lad called David Tannock. First of all, and I mean no disrespect to any other nation, it was good to here a Scottish voice, daft as it sounds, it felt more reassuring speaking to a fellow Scotsman. David was great, clear, to the point but also empathetic on the phone. In between getting hold of the documents needed to progress, I had to say goodbye to my dog, which messed my head. Messaged David to say I may need more time to gather the stuff needed and his almost instant reply touched me. He was reassuring was able to relate - in other words, it definitely wasn't a scripted response. For that I was genuinely grateful. During the following days David and his team kept me right and finally today, managed to reduce my outlay per month by hundred. To end, I am extremely thankful for him and his team's assistance, patience and excellent customer service and have no hesitation in recommending to others that find themselves in a similar situation. I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel”
