“I have been struggling with my debt for years and so ashamed of it, that after leaving a violent marriage I’d still be stuck under the weight of it all. Particularly because my experience of asking councils and other debt ‘support’ agencies had been so awful. If I’d known about Scotland Debt Solutions sooner I wouldn’t have waited so long. I spoke to a lovely guy who didn’t make me feel judged or like I had anything to be ashamed about. David was warm and listened to me and I honestly feel so much lighter knowing I won’t be scraping by for every penny now and I can breathe for the first time in years.”

“Such a relief to know there is help available for navigating financial difficulties. The amount of paperwork is daunting but once it’s done it feels like a weight has been lifted. The advisor was so professional and reassuring without being judgmental. They helped workout a budget and broke down all the options in understandable terms for me to pick which one would be right for me.”

“I finally plucked up the courage to find help for my debts after burying my head in the sand for way too long. I was physically ill with the stress. I was put intouch with David and he has been absolutely fantastic. Within a matter of 24hours he had me on a Trust Deed and I can’t tell you the relief I now feel. In 4 years I will be debt free. “What can I say, I felt really nervous about my debts and being judged, but I was met with a extremely professionally run organisation. My first contact Chelsea took all my details and then passed me to David who talked me effortlessly through the process and made it so simple to understand and held my hand until my application was complete. “Great and understanding service. Very supportive and I now feel a weight lifted. Wish I took these steps years ago. Communication via text and at my own pace, at no point did I feel judged or rushed only supported and understood. I would 100% recommend taking the right steps today to o a debt free plan, helped in making an informed decision and also gave advice for further reflection”

“I feel like a massive weight has been lifted. I was at the point of ignoring debts, thinking I will make a plan next month but taking these steps has me feeling 10x lighter. I done a form online and received a text the next day and have communicated via text since, making me feel very comfortable and able to go at my own pace and make informed decisions. Such a simple process that I should have done a long time ago. For anyone putting this off, please don’t. You won’t feel judged or harassed only supported and understood.”
